Crafted from premium stainless steel, it possesses not only exceptional hardness but also a resilience absent in the original. The blade can be honed to razor-sharp precision.

The Type 81 submachine gun bayonet is distinctive, featuring a thicker blade plate in a cross-shaped configuration. It combines elements of both knife-style and spike-style bayonets. Its narrower handle allows it to be used as a dagger.
